Low Turnout in Ward F
Yesterday's primary election had low voter turnout; that fact is not that unusually, especially since the Presidential primary was held three months earlier. But turnout was also low in Ward F, a stronghold of Bolden-Cunningham who backed primary loser Rob Andrews.
